• If you leave it….you might find it’s full up! Over the last 30 years a Summer Week has always been popular and we are expecting the event to be fully booked early on. We’ll keep a waiting list if you are not in the first 30 who book.
• You will have a better chance of any accommodation requests being met.

If you intend to arrive late or leave early please let us know.

Prices

£430 EARLY BIRD: pay the deposit of £150 when booking, and the balance by 20th April.
£460 FULL price (booking after 20th April).
The above prices are for sleeping in the house.
£340 EARLY BIRD camping price: payment schedule as above.
£370 FULL price camping price (booking after 20th April).

If you can pay all in one go, please do so as it helps us with admin.
If cash-flow problems prevent you from booking, please get in touch with us. We’ll see if we can help.
Places at the camping prices are very limited: please book early.

Prices include all food, beverages and snacks.

Cancellations
If you cancel your booking for any reason, we’ll do our best to give you a refund, partial or full.
We’ve usually been able to do this when necessary, but of course we can’t yet offer any guarantees because venue costs have to be met as a first priority.

If we cancel the event we’d refund you in full.
